Hi! My name is Agnieszka (Agni). I have been mastering small business marketing since 2010.

I remember it well… those rainy afternoons in Inglewood at The Lightworkers Institute where I studied all of the freshest and newest marketing techniques of the time. I started as a copywriter… but I have to admit, my copy back then was full of flourish and short on effectiveness. The founder of the institute, Carole Maureen Friesen was relentless. We had to master every latest marketing technique and implement all cutting-edge solutions yesterday. For me, this was trial by fire. At breakneck speed, I absorbed information, wrote articles, manuals, workbooks… created graphics and automations until they became my second nature.

I became a spring of small business marketing tips and techniques.

As I traveled with Carole I met many small business owners. Many of them wanted to grow their businesses but regarded marketing as a chore and some even equated marketing with those annoying announcements you get for certain promotions. I realized that most of them, despite being brilliant in their chosen field were desperately lacking in the knowledge of marketing. As a result their businesses would experience great ups and downs… after a rush there would be a long and scary lull…
